 Yes, as many of those ones who could read this, I said, woo, coming from Delhi to Kerala is a very long trip, but after being here 6 weeks, I can say that it worths it. It was a realy great time here in Arsha

Arsha is a beautiful place full of beautiful people. I will miss the smiles, the laughs, the peaceful environment & most of all the friendship shared with all of the staff. I pray that all of you will receive the same love & joy in your lives that you so freely give to others. This is really a good thorough balanced program. 

The Ayurvedic spa course was a very good introducation for me to the science of Ayurveda. A wealth of information was imparted effectively through lectures & practicals.The institute has a beautiful setting with a stimulating environment

It’s the best place in my whole life like my home. Everybody in AHC hospital are good knowledge in different different styles. The studies in here start my changes in lifestyles and strat to think moreabout ayurveda and to find out new styles in ayurvedic styles. I am sure about myself that I will back to other course to increase the level of knowledge what I got from here. Doctors who teachers are really nice and feel like my sisters.  There are special (my sisters)special thanks to all of us ARSHA wait I will be back sure.
